Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website and the purchase of physical products through the online store Amandra. By placing an order, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Parties
The website is managed by the owner of the online store, who offers physical products to customers located within the European Union, including both private consumers and businesses or professionals.

Products
The products offered for sale are described on the respective product pages. Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

B2C and B2B Customers

  • Consumers (B2C): natural persons purchasing for non-professional purposes.

  • Professional customers (B2B): companies or VAT-registered persons purchasing for professional activities.
    Certain protections (such as the right of withdrawal and warranty) apply only to consumers, as required by law.

Prices

  • All prices are displayed in pounds (£).

  • Any shipping costs or additional fees will be indicated before order confirmation.

  • Prices may be changed at any time without affecting already confirmed orders.

Orders

  • An order is considered final upon electronic confirmation.

  • The Store owner reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of incomplete information, product unavailability, or suspected misuse.

Payments

  • Payment is accepted only via payment card.

  • Payment is debited at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping is carried out to countries within the European Union.

  • Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and courier service. Delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim compensation, unless otherwise provided by law.

  • The Store owner is not liable for delays beyond its direct control.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

  • The product must be returned undamaged and unused.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional customers (B2B).

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Warranty

  • Consumers: products are covered by the statutory conformity warranty under EU law.

  • Professional customers: warranty is limited to cases provided for by applicable law.

Liability
The Store is not liable for indirect damages, economic losses, or service interruptions not caused by intentional or gross negligence.

Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without permission.

Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the relevant EU member state applicable to the consumer relationship.
For consumers, the court of their place of residence remains competent.
