HOW TO PAY
1. Overview
The Store offers secure and certified payment methods, focused on full transparency, traceability, and protection of customer data. All payments must be completed before products are shipped, and an order is only considered valid once payment has been completed and confirmed.

2. Available Payment Methods
Currently, the Store accepts card payments only, including credit and debit cards from major international networks.

Other payment methods (bank transfer, cash on delivery, PayPal, or other digital wallets) are not accepted unless otherwise indicated on the website.
3. Payment Security

The Store does not store sensitive card information nor share it with unauthorized third parties.

4. Payment Procedure
The customer selects the desired products and proceeds to checkout.
On the payment page, the customer selects “Card” as the payment method.
The customer enters the requested details (card number, expiry date, CVV/CVC).
The system verifies the card’s validity and, if necessary, authorizes the amount via the banking network.
Once the transaction is completed, the customer immediately receives confirmation on the confirmation page and subsequently via email.
5. Authorization and Debiting
Payment is authorized and debited at the time of order confirmation.
The Store reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:
No authorization from the bank
Invalid or expired cards
Entered details not matching the cardholder
6. Issues and Disputes
If there are problems with payment, the customer should:
Contact their bank or card issuer immediately
Send a message to the Store via official channels, including:
Order number
Order date
Type of issue
The Store will provide technical support and instructions but is not responsible for delays or problems directly attributable to the bank or payment system.
7. Invoicing
Upon payment, the customer receives an electronic confirmation of the order.
On request, the Store can issue an invoice or commercial document in compliance with applicable regulations, including the customer’s details, a description of purchased products, and the total amount.
